RIFT Group Win KEIBA Customer Service & Commitment Award 2105

We were delighted to win the KEIBA award for Customer Service and Committment in 2015. RIFT was founded on the principles of helping others and it's wonderful to see that recognised at this level.

We're working hard with the ICS (Institute of Customer Service) to achieve the service mark for being world class in customer service alongside well known brands such as John Lewis, Spec Savers and Amazon and this is a great sign that we are on the right track.

Customer commitment is deep in the RIFT DNA. The family business was founded 15 years ago on the idea of providing a helping hand to people who were being disadvantaged by complex HMRC rules and regulations after Jan's experiences in the construction industry made her aware of how many people were ending up unfairly out of pocket.

In the last year we’ve even created a team whose sole focus is on service improvement to make sure we are doing everything our customers want from us.  This has reinforced to everyone inside the business and we stress the importance of every customer interaction as an opportunity to please our customers.
